Boreham Wood defender Danny Woodards is expected to be back in contention for Saturday’s Vanarama National League home clash with Tranmere.
Woodards is set to return after missing Wednesday’s 1-1 draw with Lincoln due to a virus.
Wood are looking for their first win in four National League matches, and only their sixth of the season in what is the 24th fixture of their campaign.
They are currently 20th in the table, three points clear of the relegation zone but having played more games than all the sides below them.
Tenth-placed Tranmere are unlikely to have winger Adam Dawson back in their matchday squad on Saturday.
Dawson, out since early October with a groin problem, is nearing a return, but this weekend would appear to be too soon for it.
Defender Martin Riley is also a doubt due to a knock, but otherwise there are no issues over availability for the trip to Meadow Park.
Tranmere suffered a 4-1 loss at Woking in their last outing on Tuesday, their third defeat in four National League games.
