FIFA’S TOP 50

by admin on Четверг, Сентябрь 6th, 2012

Spain retained its «World champion» place atop the world ranking, followed by Germany, England and new No. 4 Portugal, which swapped spots with No. 5 Uruguay.

The Olympic tournament was not a factor in the new table because it was contested by Under-23 teams rather than senior national teams.

FIFA’s next ranking, due Oct. 3, will be shaped by this month’s heavy World Cup qualification schedule, which includes the start of play in Europe.
